Lewis is a personality diversity expert and in 2004 co-founded Equilibria, the global coaching organization that developed the E-Colors, Personal Intervention and the 8 Essentials of High Performance Teams, encapsulated in the Essential Leadership Cycle. These coaching tools are used by individuals, teams and companies all over the world to heighten awareness, promote conscious choices, improve communication, reduce errors, minimize risk and enhance human performance through intentional leadership.
He is both proud and humbled that Equilibria have helped over 1 million people discover their E-Colors to better understand themselves and others, minimize risk, embrace diversity of thought, and harnessing that diversity to elevate personal, professional and organizational performance.
He is also a highly sought after Senior Executive Performance Coach who has a passion for PEOPLE. His vision and the vision of Equilibria is simply “Realizing Potential” and he is committed to helping every human being to understand themselves and those around them better in order to live and lead with conscious intent.
Prior to starting Equilibria in 2004, Lewis was the Global Head of HSE for a major drilling contractor where he had a reputation for caring about the wellbeing, safety and development of people and possessing a unique ability to coach positive cultural change within the organization, particularly during times of change, mergers and acquisitions.

Laura Senior Garcia has extensive background in global operations, is currently the COO of Equilibria and has ample international business experience. Laura is an intentional leader who is fully committed to helping the people who she works with realize their potential.
She has delivered leadership development programs, organizational change and turnarounds for Fortune 500 clients around the world including the US, the UK, Thailand, Brazil, Venezuela, Kazakhstan, Canada, Rumania, Poland, Australia and more.
She has coached leaders, executives and teams around the world to maximize their individual and team performance. She is very curious about the world around her, but mostly, about what motivates people to make smart decisions and how those choices impact the individual and those around them. Never complacent, she has always been driven to learn more, do more and help others achieve their dreams and goals.
Dan Baxter

Dan Baxter is a decorated military officer, entrepreneurial leader and executive coach who has led and consulted in a broad spectrum of environments and industries. From the hostile airspace of his naval aviation career to the executive offices of Fortune 500 companies and their fields of operations throughout the world, he has led, trained and coached some of the most competitive and capable men and women in the world.
He has delivered leadership development programs, organizational change and turnarounds for Fortune 500 clients such as Chevron, Exxon, CNOOC, and JP Morgan in the US, Canada, Australia and Asia. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a BS in Economics and Rice University’s Jones School of Business with an MBA. He has over 3,200 flight hours, 720 aircraft carrier landings and over 40 combat missions in F-14A & F/A-18A-F aircraft.

He has spent the last 12 years consulting to some of the world’s leading organizations, particularly those involved in high-risk operations, from the Board room down to the shop floor. Having lived across five different continents and facilitated workshops and programs in over 40 countries around the world, Ian offers a truly global perspective and understanding of how to maximize individual and team performance.
Having come from an operational background, Ian’s main expertise is in the area of Human Performance (AERO), and and he specializes in helping organizations design their systems to prevent human error and catastrophic events from occurring. Lynn is the founder and CEO of TRUE BRAND SPORTS LLC, which provides workshops around the world to improve the sport culture at the youth, high school, and collegiate level. Lynn is also the Vice President of Equilibria In Sports.
Our purpose at Equilibria Sports is to elevate personal, professional and organizational performance through understanding, embracing and leveraging diversity of thought and behavior.
Lynn has developed workshops on exceptional leadership, teamwork, and other topics that resonate with coaches, parents, teachers, students, student-athletes, and corporate executives. Lynn has served as a keynote speaker and presenter at state, national, and international conferences on the need for character-based leadership from administrators, coaches, teachers, parents, and student-athletes. Lynn was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the International Association of Athletic Administrators and Coaches (IAAAC).
