What is an E-Colors Certified Practitioner™?
Become an E-Colors practitioner and join a global community of facilitators, coaches and consultants who are making a difference in our society. Practitioners all over the world are having a positive impact on their clients, communities, teams, and organizations through our simple, yet highly applicable tools.
The purpose of the E-Colors Certified Practitioner program is to prepare you to be able to use the E-Colors in your commercial offering or within the organization with whom you work. The program prepares you to deliver E-Colors focused individual coaching and group training sessions, using our Premium Reports as a foundation of understanding. It also gives you the flexibility to integrate E-Colors content into your programs, workshops, consulting processes, etc.

How does it work?
1. CERTIFICATION
Our certification process is designed to meet you where you are at. You will be assigned to a coach that will guide you through the process, nurturing your preparation at every step. Once you complete the foundational self-paced course, the rest of the process will be delivered live online.
2. VALIDATION
Validation is about ensuring you are ready to go. We'll help you set up your initial session (individual or team) by providing up to 10 Premium Report redemptions at no cost. This gives you a great opportunity to introduce the tool to potential clients and trusted associates. Your coach will watch the recording and provide you with feedback to determine your competence Should you not validate on the first round, a second opportunity will be provided.
3. COLLABORATION
Once you have gone through certification and validation, you'll be part of the E-Colors Practitioner community, where collaboration is the name of the game. We will always be there to support your marketing efforts, develop practical applications, tailor programs and be your thinking partners. We'll continuously share latest materials available and keep the community growing.
Certification Process

Administrative alignment: Review and sign the relevant contracts.

Self-paced course: Complete our foundational online course to familiarise yourself with Equilibria core content and have a resource to go back to as needed in your development. The course will take approximately 4 hours to complete.

Extended competency test: Complete the extended competency test to verify assimilation of the core concepts.

Individual coaching sessions: Experience the power of E-Colors coaching first hand. Benefit from 2 x 1-hour individual coaching sessions. These sessions will run you through the scope of what you will be allowed to deliver as a Practitioner.

Train the Trainer Workshop: This workshop will introduce you to the materials you’ll receive and prepare you for your validation session.

Preparation with remote support: With all the training materials at hand, you'll need to prepare to run your initial validation session, we’ll help you with the preparation and set up!

Validation session: Once you are ready, it will be the time to run your first individual coaching session or team workshop, you'll need to record this so we can take a look.

Feedback & next steps: Finally, we’ll give you feedback on the validation session, confirm your validation or request another session to monitor your improvement and ensure you are ready to move forward incorporating the E-Colors into your practice. Once done, we’ll continue to be there to support you.
