What are some of the skills & tools that my coach will give me access to? Planned Engagement Checklist - a tool to design for people to use their knowledge of the E-Colors and Personal Intervention to RESPOND rather than react during an engagement/meeting/conversation and give their audience an intentional experience. RESOLVED card - A guide utilizing personality diversity knowledge that can assist in planning for and holding difficult or necessary conversations. Communication styles at a glance - A simple guide for leaders and team members to improve communication through observation and adapting their style to create a more inclusive environment. Intentional Networking - Provides a framework to become an intentional networker, as you endeavor to overcome barriers, internally and cross-functionally. The E-Colors is one of Equilibria’s core coaching tools and a key means of increasing Self and Team Awareness. The E-Colors helps individuals and teams to identify different personality styles, enabling you to better understand yourselves and those around you. Knowledge of the E-Colors process leads to a heightened awareness of different thinking, communication and leadership styles as well as highlighting why people behave differently in a team environment. Personal Intervention promotes effective self-management and application of your E-Colors knowledge to become more intentional in the way you act and interact. It’s a concept and process that allows us to use our internal Pause or Play buttons to respond out of our character rather than react from our personality. It will provide an opportunity to be more conscious of your thoughts, words, actions and emotions and make better choices to get better results. + More based on your specific needs. Once we receive your booking, one of our professionals will be in touch to understand your current exposure to Equilibria's tools and tailor the coaching session to meet your specific needs. Please note that final time for your coaching session will be confirmed with your coach, the time you pick will be a temporary placeholder.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refunds If a participant cancels a confirmed booking or does not attend a booked session, Equilibria will apply the following policy regarding refund of the applicable coaching fee: If Equilibria receives the cancellation request no later than seven (7) days before commencement of the coaching session, it will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the fee minus the payment processor service fee; If Equilibria receives a cancellation request later than seven (7) days before but earlier than the day of commencement of the coaching session, it will refund seventy-five percent (75%) of the fee minus the payment processor service fee; and If Equilibria receives a cancellation request on the day of commencement of the coaching session or receives no cancellation request, it will not refund any portion of the fee. In this instance participants are encouraged to make a rescheduling request. Rescheduling If a participant wishes to reschedule a coaching session, Equilibria may in its absolute discretion allow the participant to reschedule without paying another fee, subject to availability and on a case-by-case basis.
