Advanced Error Reduction (AERO) Coaching

Service Description

We recognize that all organizations are unique and need assistance in different ways. AERO coaching is executed listening to the evolving needs of your organization. Some of the tasks and focus areas associated with this process are outlined below: - Help create, establish, mentor and coach core teams that lead AERO integration - Assist with minor and major incident analysis processes - Review current procedures and co-facilitate procedure review with the workforce to ensure AERO principles are engrained - Coach field workers to identify and avoid error traps (overconfidence, distractions, multi-tasking, etc.) and to recognize which performance mode they are working in - Learn to leverage strengths and manage potential limiters - Coach how to observe for organizational “Drift” and redirect accordingly - Personal coaching focused on how to support AERO - Improve processes that do not contain AERO elements - Develop standards and practices for supervisors to handle unplanned work/interruptions - Conduct periodic pulse checks to assess integration and determine gaps Once we receive your booking, one of our professionals will be in touch to understand your current exposure to Equilibria's tools and tailor the coaching session to meet your specific needs. Please note that final time for your coaching session will be confirmed with your coach, the time you pick will be a temporary placeholder.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refunds If a participant cancels a confirmed booking or does not attend a booked session, Equilibria will apply the following policy regarding refund of the applicable coaching fee: If Equilibria receives the cancellation request no later than seven (7) days before commencement of the coaching session, it will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the fee minus the payment processor service fee; If Equilibria receives a cancellation request later than seven (7) days before but earlier than the day of commencement of the coaching session, it will refund seventy-five percent (75%) of the fee minus the payment processor service fee; and If Equilibria receives a cancellation request on the day of commencement of the coaching session or receives no cancellation request, it will not refund any portion of the fee. In this instance participants are encouraged to make a rescheduling request. Rescheduling If a participant wishes to reschedule a coaching session, Equilibria may in its absolute discretion allow the participant to reschedule without paying another fee, subject to availability and on a case-by-case basis.
