Self-paced course:
Assimilate core concepts by completing our foundational online course.

Extended competency test:
Complete the extended competency test to verify assimilation of concepts.

Individual coaching sessions:
Benefit from 2 x 1h individual coaching sessions. This will help you to understand what you can deliver as a Practitioner.
STEP 5
Train the Trainer Workshop:
This workshop will introduce you to the materials you’ll receive and prepare you for your validation session.
STEP 6
Preparation with remote support:
Now you are ready to run your initial validation session, we’ll help you with the preparation and set up!
STEP 7
Validation Session:
Once you are ready, it will be the time to run your first individual coaching session or team workshop, you'll need to record this so we can take a look.
STEP 8
Feedback & nexts steps:
Then, we’ll give you feedback on the validation session, confirm your validation or request another session to monitor your improvement and ensure you are ready to move forward, incorporating the E-Colors into your practice.
STEP 9
Collaboration:
Once validated, we’ll help you tailor your own delivery approach and define your unique value proposition.
